All items in the the shop are carefully handmade by me. Buying handmade products must be a conscious act: it means to choose products made by hand processes, which aren’t industrial or mass-produced. It means to buy items that are going to be unique. Uniqueness, originality and attention to detail make every product different from others, no two are exactly the same.
Ordering
To place an Order, you must follow the online purchase process and click on “Checkout” to submit the Order. Please check carefully every specifications of the items you order, especially the body size, the color, the fabric choice. Shipping
I ship worldwide, items are shipped from France with Laposte registered mail which provides a tracking number. Estimated shipping time : within EU: 2-4 business days, North America: 4-10 business days, the rest of the world: 5-10 business days. Due to the pandamic, the shipping takes longer, please be patient.
All orders are processed within 2 weeks (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your items will be packed simplely with tissu paper in a padded envelope for security but without over-packaging.
Please make sure your billing address matches your delivering address. I can’t be held responsible in case of loss, nor I issue a refund.
If you don’t live in a EU country, by ordering, you accept to pay customs duties and/or taxes applicable in your country.

Return
No return or exchange is accepted, except in case of a manufacturing defect or a delivery error.

Integrity toys, Poppy Parker, Fashion Royalty, East 59th, Nuface, Barbie are registered trademarks, I have absolute respect for their registrations and patents, they are only used as a reference to the size of items I make.
